Our apartments are centrally located between Athens, AL and Madison, AL in a quiet country setting (9 mi. from the Target on Hwy. 72 in Madison and 5 mi. from the Publix in Athens). The school districts are Creekside Elementary and East Limestone High School.

Application guidelines:

Applications will only be accepted in person at property site. Each applicant must show a valid Driver's License or government issued picture id, and all applicants must have the following:

1.  completed application for each person 18 years and older who will          live in the apartment
2.  copies of driver's license & social security card,(everyone 18 & older)
3.  copies of all documents needed to verify income including, but not          limited to, copies of the last 6 months of paystubs and 3 months of
     bank statements (If self-employed, you can get a free Federal                  Income Tax Transcript for the previous year at 800-908-9946)
4.  $40 application fee paid in cash, money order, or cashier's check
     (fee is non-refundable and is required for each application; however,        if a lease is signed with the applicant(s) an amount equal to the                application fee(s) will be deducted from the first months rent)
